With our unique blister card printing, and clamshell inserts printing solution you do not have to pay for any cutting dies, or printing plates. you are not restricted to our existing cutting die sizes. All you need to furnish is artwork with color separations according to our specs, and you do not have any additional charges. We also make custom or stock folding cartons from kraft to multi colors.

What is a blister card?
A blister card is the printed cardboard backing that forms the base of blister packaging. A clear plastic “blister” (or sometimes a cardboard blister) is sealed to this card, creating a cavity that holds and displays the product. Together, the blister and card create a visibility package that protects the contents while showcasing them at the point of sale.
A typical blister pack consists of:
- Blister card: printed, coated board that carries branding and information
- Blister cover: usually a formed plastic (e.g., PET-A or PET-G) or cardboard
- Sealing layer: special coating or sealing wax on the card for secure bonding
- Product: held in the formed cavity and visible through the front
